Make the first call useful.
Identify the failed equipment and whether the interruption also affects hot water, power, drainage, cooking, or cold storage. Give the rental team the actual delivery entrance and any site-access restrictions. Share what the facility needs to keep washing, rather than selecting a trailer by length alone.
- Actual site city, state, and contact
- Next meal or operating window
- What failed and which utilities remain usable
- Available placement area and staff route
- Requested rental period and likely repair milestones
Keep the temporary operation connected.
Plan the movement of dirty wares, staff, racks, and clean items between the building and temporary wash line. Review safe access, lighting, weather exposure, and the authorized wastewater arrangement with the responsible site team.
If the same outage interrupts cooking or cold storage, include mobile kitchen or emergency refrigeration needs in the inquiry. These services require their own equipment and utility review; they are not assumed to be included in the commercial dishwashing quote.
